How to Make a Beadable Bar Keychain
Beadable bar keychains are one of the easiest bead crafts you can make. You can mix different bead styles to create your own look. If you are here, you probably purchased one of our beginner supply kits. I hope you enjoy these resources.
Supplies
- 1 beadable bar keychain
- About 5 beads (silicone or acrylic)
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Remove the end cap
Twist the cap off the beadable bar.
Set it aside so you don’t lose it.
2. Choose your beads
Pick about five beads you like.
You can mix silicone beads and acrylic beads for different textures.
3. Add the beads
Slide the beads onto the metal rod.
Arrange them in the order you like best.
4. Leave space for the cap
Make sure the beads do not cover the threaded end of the rod.
You’ll need that space to screw the cap back on.
5. Close the keychain
Twist the end cap back onto the rod.
Turn it until it feels tight.
6. Check your work
Make sure the beads sit neatly along the bar and the cap is secure.
Your beadable bar keychain is finished.
