This is for you if you're planning a girls' night, bridal shower, or birthday party. A corporate team-building day or leadership retreat. An Employee Resource Group or women's initiative event. Craft Bar Stations

Starting at $32 per person. Trucker hats, beaded pens, and custom perfume. Choose hosted, done-for-you, or individual kits.

Signature Guided Workshops

Starting at $35 per person. Candles, scent blending, lip gloss, and vision mugs. Fully facilitated, 2 hours of structured creative time.

CRAFT BAR STATIONS

Fast, Fun, and Starting at $32 a Person

Set up a craft station at your event and let guests create at their own pace. Perfect for larger groups or when you want something guests can drop into and out of during the party.

  • Trucker Hat Bar: Guests design their own trucker hat with patches, chains, pins, and embellishments.
  • Beaded Pen Bar: Guests build a custom beaded pen with beads, charms, and accessories. A keepsake they'll actually use.
  • DIY Perfume Bar: Guests blend their own signature fragrance from a curated selection of scents and notes.

How you can book it

  • In-Person Hosted: Our team travels to you and runs the whole station, setup through breakdown.
  • Done-For-You: We prep and pack everything into display containers with instruction cards. You place it, guests craft independently.
  • Individual DIY Kits: Each guest gets a boxed kit with instructions and a video tutorial. Great for virtual events and party favors.

SIGNATURE GUIDED WORKSHOPS

Fully Facilitated, Starting at $35 a Person

This is our structured experience: 2 hours of guided creative time plus 30 minutes to socialize, with a Handmade U host leading the whole thing start to finish. Great for teams, retreats, and groups who want a more elevated, hosted feel.

  • The Candle Bar Experience: Guests blend fragrance and pour their own custom soy candle. Calm and conversation-friendly.
  • The Scent Bar Experience: Guests create a personalized fragrance. Feels elevated and thoughtful.
  • The Gloss Bar Experience: Guests design custom lip glosses with multiple colors and finishes. Interactive and social.
  • Vision & Collage Mug Experience: Part reflection, part design. Guests build a collage and press it onto a personalized mug tied to goals or team themes.

Premium Customized Workshops

Starting at $45 per person. Have a branded theme, a company value, or a specific idea in mind? We'll design a workshop built around it, from custom colors and packaging to an extended format. Because these are built from scratch, we start with a short planning call before sending a proposal.

All bookings include tested materials, guided instruction, and a finished item for every guest. Additional guests, travel, and customizations are available on request.

Do you travel to our location?

Yes. We regularly travel within PA, NJ, DE, NY, and beyond. Travel fees apply for locations over 20 miles.

Can we host a virtual event?

Yes. For Individual DIY Kits, we ship curated kits to each guest and guide your group live over Zoom or your preferred platform.

Do you have a location we can visit?

Right now Handmade U is fully mobile. We come to you, or we host virtually.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend 3 to 4 weeks out to guarantee availability and leave time for customization. For larger events or peak season, book 6 to 8 weeks ahead.

Is there a minimum guest count?

We work with groups of all sizes. Tell us your headcount and we'll recommend the best track and format for your group.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

Yes. Registered nonprofits get 15 percent off.

Can guests pay individually?

Yes. We can set up a private booking link so each guest submits their own payment.

Can we customize the experience for our event theme?

Yes. From color palettes to embellishments to a fully custom craft, we'll work with you to match your event.

Can we bring our own supplies?

To keep quality and the experience consistent, we provide all materials for every booking.
