1. Digital Products & Personalized Items: No Refunds or Returns

Digital Products: Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital downloads (e.g., Canva templates, printable files), all sales of digital products are final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been delivered electronically. We encourage you to carefully read product descriptions and ensure compatibility (e.g., "Canva Pro Needed") before purchasing.

Personalized Products: As these items are custom-made specifically for you, all sales of personalized products are final and cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a defect or error on our part.
2. Physical Products (Non-Personalized): Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: For physical products that are not personalized, you may be eligible for a return if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at cheri@phillyhandmadeu.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Conditions: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (typically 5-10 business days).

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Damages, Issues, and Errors

Upon Arrival: Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at cheri@phillyhandmadeu.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will evaluate the problem and work to make it right, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Overcharges: If you believe you were overcharged for any reason, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and correct the issue promptly. If a refund for an overcharge is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
