Shipping policy

For Digital Products: Please note that as digital downloads, these items are delivered instantly via email/download link upon purchase and do not incur shipping fees. This shipping policy applies primarily to our physical products.

Processing Your Order: All orders for physical products are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If there is an exception to this processing time, it will be clearly posted in the banner on our site. You will receive another notification via email when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options; exact costs will be based on your location and chosen shipping method.

In-store Pickup: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our studio, 4647 Stenton Ave. in Philadelphia. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on how to schedule your pickup. Our in-store pickup hours are by appointment only. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping: At this time, we currently do not offer international shipping on physical products.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please keep in mind that total delivery time includes both our processing time (5-7 business days) and the carrier's transit time.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cheri@phillyhandmadeu.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
